We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Use of Electronic Communications

When you visit Boob-a-licious or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Personal Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Boob-a-licious and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at anytime without notice.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo, through PayPal and NOCHEX, cheques and UK Postal Orders, but your order will not be dispatched until the cheque/postal order has been cleared.

If you would like to pay by cheque or UK postal order, please email sales@boob-a-licious.co.uk and we will advise whom the cheque should be payable to.

Credit Card Security

Our checkout facility is secured using 128 bit encryption and we at Boob-a-licious do not have access to your card details at all.   All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software used by PayPal or Nochex when the order is placed using their 128 bit encryption. 

Prices

All prices are displayed in 'pounds sterling'. The price shall be the price quoted on the website except when we make an error or if the price has changed since publication. If we have made an error or the price has changed, then we will inform you of this as soon after you have placed your order as possible and will tell you the correct price and ask you if you still wish to place your order with us. If we have not heard back from you within 10 days, then we will assume that you did not want to place your order again with us and we will give you a full refund if you have already paid. You will be required to pay extra for delivery. Our delivery charges are calculated by weight, size and value and the amount applicable will be shown in the shopping cart area of the website, and you may or may not have a choice of delivery depending on Roya Mail maximum thresholds on specific services they offer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Variation

Boob-a-licious and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Boob-a-licious does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Boob-a-licious itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us immediately and we will issue instructions on how to return it, at this point we would like you to note that all returns must be in their original packaging in an unused re-saleable* condition. (* unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit).

Due to changes made by manufacturers, products supplied by this website www.boob-a-licious.co.uk may vary from displayed images. If any variation is made we will endeavor to notify you at our earliest opportunity.

Returns and Shipping Policies

Good customer relations are important to us, so please refer to our Returns Information and Shipping Information as quoted under the Shipping & Returns area before submitting an enquiry.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, if for any reason you find you are unhappy or not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from Boob-a-licious, please contact us via "Returns" which is litsed under "Information" on the left handside of our home page on our site.  This will request you to log into your account and from there you will be able to arrange return of the item, which must be unworn and still in original packaging within 7 working days, to receive a full refund of the product cost. Please note: for hygiene reasons this does not include items of a personal nature and we cannot refund postage costs, please see our Return Information.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Boob-a-licious are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. Boob-a-licious reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

You grant Boob-a-licious and its affiliates and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
