Shipping Information
The Postage & Packing Cost, if applicable, is calculated on the weight and value of your product(s) and whether your order is being sent inland or overseas. All goods are dispatched in plain postal bags or boxes wrapped in plain brown paper via Royal Mail, and you will have choice of delivery service depending on your order weight, size and value. If there is only a limited choice, this will be because your order is over the maximum weight, value or size thresholds of specific Royal Mail services.
Boob-a-licious accept no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been dispatched by us.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 48 hours, subject to local Post Office opening times, we aim to dispatch the same day wherever possible. Should you have an URGENT order, please contact us prior to ordering to check delivery times, as we would hate to disappoint.
Back Orders
When an item is out of stock, we will back order the item for you, which means that we will specially order in the product for you and advise an estimated shipping time. It usually takes upto 1 week to 10 days for us to receive stock from our suppliers subject to stock availability, in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock with our suppliers, we will advise you ASAP so that you can decide how you wish to proceed. Upon receipt of back ordered items, we will dispatch the same day depending on local Post Office opening times, and dispatch notification will be sent to you.
Shipment Enquiries
Before sending an enquiry regarding shipment of your order, you should allow 28 days from date of our dispatch notification to you, as once we have dispatched your goods we are reliant on the Royal Mail. If your item is not available after 28 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or wait until we can fulfill your order. We will keep you informed of any known problems with delivery by email.
Please Note:
Proof of delivery of all products is obtained by signature. If your order is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE because you made an error when filling out your address, or, if you are not in when your parcel arrives (UK orders) Royal Mail should leave you a card and will keep your package at your local sorting office for 7 days enabling you to pick it up.
After 7 days the parcel will then be returned to us. Please note, additional postal charges will then apply to resend the goods back out to you.
If goods are not delivered because the address supplied when you placed your order was incorrect, incomplete, or changes before dispatch of your goods and we are not notified of this, then you are liable for the postage costs we incur. i.e. if we send the items out to you a second time we will charge you the postage costs again, or if you decide to cancel your order upon not receiving your goods, we will not refund you the postage portion of the order price.
Please be aware that your order may attract customs fees from your country. We are not responsible for, cannot control, and cannot give any advice on Import Duties that may be charged by your country when your order is delivered to you.

Returns Information
Boob-a-licious hopes that your purchase reaches you in the same condition that it left our office. However, in the unlikely event that you have any problems with your purchase, please email us at sales@boob-a-licious.co.uk within 2 days of delivery to advise the problem.
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please mark the delivery receipt where applicable as “damaged on delivery”. If an item is faulty you must contact us by email within 2 days of receipt and request to return the faulty item, you must then return the item within 3 days and upon our receipt of it, Boob-a-licious will dispatch a replacement within 48 hours depending on stock availability.
When a replacement item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and should expect to wait up to a maximum of 2 weeks for delivery. Should your replacement of a faulty item not be available within this period, Boob-a-licious will offer you a full refund, where the replacement relates to a non faulty item, a refund will be offered for the cost of the item excluding postal charges.
Important Notes about Returns & Exchanges
Care must be taken when trying on items, specifically footwear to ensure they do not get marked, therefore it is recommended that in the case of footwear they are tried on carpet or soft flooring, and socks are worn to avoid marking soles and to maintain hygiene.
Where it is agreed by us to exchange or refund your purchase please note the following: All products must be returned in the same Brand New in Box/Packaging condition that they were sent out in i.e. they must be unworn and unmarked and returned in their original unmarked packaging. The return postage is your responsibility.
When returning shoes and boots please do not write on or put tape on the box, if the box is marked, or damaged when we receive it then there will be a £5 excess payable by you on this. If you are sending an item back for exchange then you will be charged again for post and packing.
If the replacement item is out of stock, it may take up to a *maximum of 2 weeks to receive your replacement, depending on stock availability.
Boob-a-licious will pay for the 2nd delivery charge (UK only) i.e. the delivery cost for the replacement item, so long as you return your item within 3 days of our agreement to exchange your item. If your return item is not received by us after 3 days, then you will have to pay for the 2nd delivery charge before it will be dispatched to you.
Items returned for refund because they are not to your liking or deemed to be unsuitable will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total Boob-a-licious will issue instructions for returning products at your expense. Please note that all postage and packing fees are deductable from ALL refunds, so only the price of the item less any applicable re-stocking fee will be refunded. We strongly recommend that recorded delivery is used as we at Boob-a-licious does not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
